What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 3-9 Days.
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business, please email us.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Due to health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 and other communicable illnesses, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect color selection
- Color expectations or perception differences
- Change of mind or preference
Once a defective or damaged item is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the item is received and inspected.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled at no penalty as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, as it is already in transit and out of our control.
We strongly recommend purchasing order protection at checkout to safeguard against shipping-related issues. Once an order has shipped, refunds or cancellations are not available except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective, in accordance with our return policy.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or autofilled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 3-9 business days.
